Application Fee:   NFT will run credit report, check references, etc.  It is non-refundable.

Holding Fee:       This paid amount put you first in-line.  You will have 1 week to get your application submitted to NFT Enterprises, Inc.  or you will loose your holding deposit.  Applicant will pay processing fee of 2.9%.  Ask us about a FREE link to save you money…

Pet Policy 

Pet Policy at North West Renting as shown:

$400.00 Pet Deposit ( $250.00 non-refundable)
Monthly fee = $25.00
Number of Pet allowed:  1 (cat or dog only), chickens ( check city requirement).

Required:

• Pet should be restricted to 25 pounds or under, non-aggressive animals only.
• MUST provide proof prior to moving  that the pet has been vaccinated for rabies, it is spayed/neutered.
• Pet is  also at least six months old, (no kittens or puppies), and house broken.
